We currently know the high costs of filing a dispute in court, therefore, if 100$ dollars is at stake, it is better to lose money than to dispute our money in court because the expenses will be much higher than 100$, that's why that Kleros was created to help resolve legal conflicts, in a simple way in which both parties benefit and none is affected, helping to preserve the assets with an excellent resolution protocol. Kleros presents a new platform that will innovate the way to resolve conflicts more smoothly in the hands of experts specialized in various areas that resolve disputes that arise. Most web pages that do not have a fair and profitable resolution protocol, in many cases present unfair solutions that imply that the group in charge of the page can not give a solution that does not even have logic. In Kleros we solve everything in an orderly, clear and concise manner through a contract where the affected parties are defined and all the terms are expressly described.

In Kleros we guarantee the protection of both parties in case of breach of contract. Kleros uses intelligent contracts for the juries to issue a resolution, while the funds in question are deposited since in some cases the adjudication is costly and time-consuming, money which will not be worth claiming or starting a dispute. 1-Without improving the smart contract with Kleros:

Ramon has a company that offers fast parcel services, one of his bicycles is damaged and requires a rental motorcycle to cover that route, Leonardo coordinates with Ramón the rent of the motorcycle with driver for 1000$ per month 200$ on his first day and rest at the end of the month.

He arrives the first day and receives his payment of 200$ for Ramón according to the established, only works 2 continuous days and no longer returns, because it will damage a spare part of his motorcycle. Therefore, he lost his 200$.

2-With intelligent contract with Kleros:

Max has a fast food company, to call more public, decides to do a remodeling of his business, receives a contract with a company called Filixx and establish a contract in which the cost of the remodeling will cost 10.000$ and the work will be done in 4 days, you will be paid 1000$ to guarantee the contract and start the next day; then, the second day will have to pay 4000$ and on the 4th day once the contract is completed, it will pay 5000$.

Filixx receives his 1000$ and begins the remodeling of the place, after 2 days Filixx is waiting for his payment and Max says he does not have the money that the next day, he excuses him, Filixx says he is fine, continues his work arrives at Day 3 and Max. Nothing to cancel the amount of 4000$, Filixx finishes the remodeling successfully, but Max does not cancel, therefore, the dispute begins the next day, all the juries quickly send Max to cancel the 9000$ instantly thanks to the protection by middle of Kleros and his smart contracts.
