The Fed Destroyed Money But Bitcoin Can Replace It [VIDEO]
Do you own yourself?
It’s a question I often ask when presenting at conferences all over the world---and the answers I get aren’t always the most… inspiring.
It’s fair enough: as popular as libertarianism has become over the years---and as fast as cryptocurrency exploded---a large portion of the population is still completely unaware of the shackles around their necks.
I recently spoke at the London Blockchain Summit and asked attendees the same question: do you own yourself?
Only a few raised their hands in agreement.
The link between cryptography and self-ownership is often a subtle realization that the average crypto-investor isn’t even aware of.
But as I said in my London talk, “For those of you who don’t understand why Bitcoin is and was so important, it was because it was the first time really in history that across the world, human beings had the opportunity to interchange value without the involvement of the central bank or government. In fact, that’s the biggest threat to central banks and governments…”
Their power over money protects their own interests over everything else.
So while there are many other things that keep the ‘deep state’ up at night, in the words of Obama, “everyone walking around with a Swiss bank account in their pocket” is undoubtedly at the tip of the spear.
Every day, more people are awakening to the value of self-ownership---the enlightened state of being which enables you to take control of your life without a government extorting you while saying it’s “for your own good.”
Society is evolving. Where we’re going, you can be your own bank, and be your own government.
This is why, over the last few years, I’ve had the honor of hosting Anarchapulco, which has become The World’s Premier Liberty Event. In 2019, we’ll have four full days of Cryptopulco… an all crypto event held throughout the entire conference with some of the biggest names in the space.
The word is getting out and tickets are selling fast---for good reason! This year, we’ve booked out the entire Princess Mundo Imperial---it’s going to be a full mind, body, and soul experience.
Anarchapulco will host an amazing lineup of visionary speakers, with confirmed guests so far including Ron Paul, Andrew Napolitano, David Icke, Cynthia McKinney, Doug Casey, and many more.
Ticket prices go up on the 30th at midnight so be sure to BOOK NOW before it’s sold out.

I've just spent the last couple of weeks trying to secure a windows machine. The fact that by default an extra boot partition is always present seems to me a clue as to their animosity for privacy. Try to install an OS on a thumb drive? Good luck with that. Make sure you toggle removabledevice=true on a Sandisk (and countless others). The only real valid reason for these settings has nothing to do with convenience and everything to do with attempting to make it hard to secure devices against spying.
@dollarvigilante, Yes time is Evolving and now we are moving towards the sphere of Decentralisation and Blockchain Technology, and i really agree with you that, Crypto Sphere is still very young and it has to see more adoption to reach to the point of Stability.
And yes, Bitcoin is like the Engine and for sure everyone is waiting for this engine to pull the whole Crypto Economy towards the growth and let's hope that the time of growth is near.
Wishing you an great day and stay blessed. 🙂
The best part I like is:
"Where we’re going, you can be your own bank, and be your own government."
Freedom of choice!
#fiat can/will probably buy all crypto & control it some day!
Social engineering taking place now.
What will be left is the #blockchain idea!
#blockchain Ideas are only thing that remains after all the #crypto #hype !

Jeff this is easily one of your best and most profound speeches.
Raw, true, and from the heart. The whole time
Understanding the war, and the origins of bitcoin and the cypher punks is crucial.
Thank you for being a guiding light in this wonderful space!
Speaking of BTC one of a good exchange is celebrating their anniversary that has a lot of BTC prizes for the winners check this to know how https://www.kucoin.com/#/anniversary/overview
Cryptocurrency is not exempted from taxation or other government regulations. Not to mention the fact that it cannot be used for most transactions at all.
The market cap of bitcoin is like 117 billion dollars, that's less money than Jeff Bezos has, that's not a threat to any institution or currency.
Short sighted.
is anything I said inaccurate? If you think you can avoid taxes long term with crypto that could lead to a rude awakening.
It's perfectly accurate if you're only looking a couple years ahead. Bitcoin hasn't scaled yet and implemented mimblewimble and other privacy tech. But when that happens, it's game over for the control grid the banking system has set up. You best watch what John McAfee has recently said...
The question I have for you is, have you come to terms with the moral contradiction of enforced theft? I'm going to die soon anyway so this question is for those of you in your youth who will be the ones facing this onslaught of badge wearers who make excuses to steal from you at gunpoint. There's a better way. Google voluntarism.
It's funny, I was running a McAffee scan this morning and thinking how funny it was that they kept his name when they booted him out of his own company to expatriate and do drugs and prostitutes. Years ahead a much better cryptocurrency than bitcoin will have arisen and bitcoin will be the Myspace of crypto. No matter what currency you use all of your actions are tracked so you will be able to be taxed, what advantages do you believe crypto provides for tax evasion that cash does not?
what does not scale well is tax evasion, it's easy to do on a small scale, very difficult to do on a large scale. Say you buy a boat with your crypto, are you going to be able to deny to the IRS that you bought a boat? if you want to drive your boat it needs to be registered or you will get a large ticket.
Taxation is not theft by any definition of either word. Death and taxes are the only certainties.
No badge wearer has ever stolen from you at gunpoint. I have actually had that happen to me and I can assure you that they are not allowed to do that. The idea that you will be killed for not paying taxes is silly, not paying taxes is not a capital offense. There is no such onslaught.
That's a supremely arrogant statement and also wrong. I can't fix stupid and bad moral character. You have to first come to the fundamental realization that use of force is morally wrong unless it's done in self defense. Until then, you're just wasting both my time and yours.
You have to understand that not paying taxes is not a capital offense and we don't have corporal punishment at all here. I understand that it is the basis of a religious doctrine but no physical harm will come to you if you don't pay your taxes. No men will point guns at you, you will get a letter from the IRS. It's just nonsense.
My last post was actually on this same topic and how the centralized banks are attempting to direct cryptocurrency in a direction that is not conducive with freedom.
We have the potential here... will we use it to get to where we need to be, or will we allow others to manipulate crypto to the point of being worse for us than fiats?
Time will tell.
