Dinero Coin ~ A better option
There are a lot of new cryptocurrencies out in the market that offers the promise of a quick ROI either through mining or masternode investments. These new coins often needs funding and resorts in selling pre-mined coins. Most often (if not always), the said developers of the coins runs away with the funds and starts of with a new scheme. I (personally) find this rather compelling. It is a fact that these kind schemes affects other coin projects. Atmost, being stereotyped as a scam.
While its rather hard to identify which is which, I will try to list down the following as a general and standard guide in investing with new coins. (This is based on my own personal experience as a miner and MN investor):
- Pre-mine percentage must not exceed 2%
- when a coin price increases to a certain buy out price for the dev team, this will trigger them do a mass exodus.
- Pre-mine selling / auction
- it is understandable that every coin project needs funding. However, this is also one way for the dev team to "just do a quick buck" and exit the project.
- Single Dev vs Dev Team
- It has been said that most coin projects with a single dev is a scam. However, this is in literal contrast to some. Mostly, a coin project with a dev team are the ones usually drops out of the project never to return. Which will point me to my next
- Delivery vs Showcase
- A lot of new coin projects tend to showcase features on their website, bitcointalk page, twitter, reddit and steemit. A long whitepaper, an elegant roadmap and a sparkling wallet. Delivery is just next to none. A coin that focuses on delivery rather than showcasing would be a much better option.
- Community activity
- A project with a strong relationship to the community usually strives and outshines the competition.
We, the Dinero coin project, believe that whatever the coin price may be, the project can still proceed regardless the odds. The true value of the coin is not "how much it is in BTC", but rather "how you do the right thing".
Every coin project has their ups and down. There are no exceptions. Our team believes on this saying: "If you do things right, right things will come your way."
