What is CarTaxi?

Its a new logistic platform running on the blockchain. Found online at https://cartaxi.io the new project is designed to be an automated service for tow trucks to transport cars.
CarTaxi already has a working product that's been tested in Russia and is now looking to go global with the funds raised from the ICO.

What's the problem with the current market

Most people will need their car to be towed at some point in their life for many reasons: breaking down, running out of gas, having an accident or just moving your car to a new home.

• A Geolocation model: Owners of different tow truck companies from different areas around the world will be connected to the CarTaxi service. This will mean that at any place in the world they'll be ready to come and help the client. Meaning that the client will receive a low cost and fast service.

• Blockchain technology: The new platform will use blockchain technology based on smart contracts using Ethereum. Payments will be made using these smart contracts, making it an ideal way to quickly and securely send payment between the client and the service provider.

• Safety of your vehicles: Using smart contracts you'll be able to track the progress of your vehicle on the CarTaxi app. CarTaxi will also guarantee your vehicles safety with an insurance fund.

How big is the target market?

The US towing industry is estimated to be worth 6 billion dollars with an annual growth of 2.5%. China's market, where CarTaxi is being introduced is estimated to be worth nearly double at $9.6 billion and growing much faster.

Business model

The platform will be monetized through commission being charged to tow truck services ranging from 10-20% of the sale price depending on the region.
Currently in Russia where the service is already running a 15% fee is being charged with the same plan finalized for the US and Chinese market.

Profitability of tokens for investors

Holders of the companies CTX token will receive dividends from the companies profit.

• 25% of the profit will go to token holders as dividends.

• 25% will be used to buying tokens on the market with the aim of decreasing supply to increase the tokens value.
