I think he is right in terms of decentralized exchanges.. IDEX or some others need to get more influence, the decision from centralized exchanges like binance to add a token/coin can drive the price up like hell, just for beeing listed there, and these guys are earning millions just to enable the trading pair/support for that token. the more decentralized the better it is in my opinion
