Looking for the best exchange

So I've been a binance user sense I first started buying,trading , and investing in cryptos. I've been pretty well pleased up to here recently. I've just noticed that a lot of the new coins coming out or the ico's I've been checking into seem to always take forever to finally show up on binance by then the price is up alot and I feel like I've missed out on the wholesale prices I'd really like to get in on. Which is the whole purpose anyway. So if any suggestions to any exchanges that seem to have the new coins coming out and all the options necessary to get ahead in my trades I work hard studying To find the the next coins to invest in for once would like to get in one before it's to late though I really can't compain about basically buying stocks for pocket change but buying thousands of substratum coins for pennies on the dollar would have been nice or ada two for a penny you get it. Would just like to have all the best tools at my disposal if possible. But thanks for the feedback in advance. Also I'll return the favor on any ups and follows hit me up yo lol. Peace out steemers.
