Falconcoin - $50k Loaned
We've been squirreling away our Falconcoin for a while now, having a little over 8k coins. Today we decided to take the plunge and make a big loan of $45k to bring our total to $50,001 loaned.
As mentioned in another post, Falconcoin is currently offering loans at $10 per coin. Same coins however are selling on the exchange for around $1-2. When the interest is paid in USD and converted back to FFC coins, it is also at the rate of $10. This should have a substantial effect in slowing down the generation of new FFC coins and hopefully assist in driving up the price.
Time will tell if this change in mechanics will have the right long term affect, but so far the first signs are encouraging. We also believe this can only be successful if the price of the coins in the market place is not fixed or manipulated.
