Bittrex will host the IEO of VeriBlock's VBK coin
Bittrex International will host an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) of VeriBlock's VBK coin beginning at 9:00am PDT (4:00pm UTC) on April 2.
VeriBlock and its novel Proof-of-Proof ("PoP") consensus protocol is the first and only technology in the world to allow any blockchain to inherit Bitcoin's unprecedented thermodynamic Proof-of-Work security in an entirely Decentralized, Trustless, Transparent and Permissionless ("DTTP") manner.

Fully verified Bittrex International users can participate in the VBK IEO beginning at 9:00am PST (4:00pm UTC) on April 2. The price per VBK coin will be set in BTC within 24 hours of the start of the IEO, but will be approximately $0.10 USD. The public sale allocation is 70,000,000 VBK which amounts to approximately $7,000,000 US Dollars. For individual accounts, there is a 100 VBK (approximately $10 USD) minimum purchase amount. The amount of coins sold during the IEO, assuming the maximum sale amount is reached, will represent 24.7% of the circulating coin supply. VBK coins will be sold by Xenios SEZC.

angel investors and the team have 3x more tokens than that of the IEO buyers most of which were free tokens.
Basically you are looking at Angel investors making 10-30x depending on how many tokens are locked up or not. I would not participate. 10 cents is way to high for far less tokens.
