ChainGuardians Partner with Matic Network for Blockchain Gaming

The ChainGuardians Team are delighted to announce a partnership with Matic Network to enable transaction scalability for blockchain gaming performance. Centred upon the Ethereum Blockchain, the ChainGuardians’ game will implement Matic Network’s side-chain plasma solutions to ensure a stable game-play environment which encompasses numerous blockchain transactions.

The Ethereum blockchain is no stranger to scalability issues as a result of too many transactions clogging the network, which can result in reduced performance; in extreme cases, this can often lead to players being unable to play blockchain games satisfactorily.

Matic Network offers a Layer 2 scaling solution, which achieves scalability through utilising side-chains for off-chain computation, whilst ensuring asset security through the Plasma framework and a decentralised network for Proof-of-Stake (PoS).

To celebrate working together, ChainGuardians and Matic Network have developed a unique Guardian character for the ChainGuardians game. A small number of Mudra, Guardian of the Matic world, will be available for purchase using both Ethereum and MATIC coin. Purchasing Mudra using Matic’s own cryptocurrency, MATIC, will benefit individuals as they will be provided a unique statistical buff, otherwise unobtainable.
