Korea Ministry of Strategy and Finance head said about crypto

South Korea Minstry of Strategy and Finance head showed positive atitude about Crypto and blockchain.  He is taking a position that the exchange should not be closed.  Because there must be a reward in order for the block chain to be activated, he explained. And he seemed to be thinking about the foreign exchange outflow that would occur if the close of the exchange took place.

Most Koreans have negative opinions about block chains. They still don't understand about it. Every single time they write replies at articles like this "It's scam.  This is speculation and that is a phony for idiots."  Still, many Koreans can not see the future.
