do not use yobit :) They have clones/old forks of coins/matching names, but different coin...
For the small coins - CoinExchange, Cryptopia, Bittrex
Started up with poloniex, and i have no complains. U can get the best volatile prices there, in my opinion.
Use: https://coinmarketcap.com/ and the market tab, to see where your coin is cheapest/most expensive
