Ouch!
Hi Friends,
It is hard to understand crypto’s ups and down sometimes, but seeing Bitcoin drop back under $40k is painful to watch.
I know everyone will continue to HODL for the most part, and also there are lot of others trying to get into the crypto space (institutions, new crypto funds, late investors, etc) so you would expect demand to still be good, which is why it is a little hard to grasp the severe drops.
If/when Bitcoin reaches $250k, this is certainly feel like a blip along the road and a non event, but makes you wonder if you should add or have been doing some profit taking when the potential breakout to $75k didn’t happen.
Of course, this could be Musk dumping, lol - wouldn’t surprise me at this point!

Well, I just hope that the trend will reverse and cryptos will begin to go upwards again. Cos the dip isn't funny again 😒.

Most of the cryptos have fallen into a deep abyss in recent days. do you see this condition is only temporary? Wasn't the decision to hold right while waiting for the portfolio to turn green and get a profit?
Hard to know what the true value of these coins are - a lot probably will be worth very little in a year.
Crypto movements are unpredictable and very volatile. And now when there is a lot of red cryptos, SBD and Steem are surging more than 100 percent. Blessings to all Steemians.
It's tough to make an assumption about the crypto market. It can go either way. Decision of ellon musk is certainly playing a roal behind this downtrend.

But in the moment little bit happy to see Steem and SBD, they are not giving us pain now!
Steem has taken quite a hit but SBDs sure are doing well!
While the rise and fall of cryptocurrencies is hard to understand, it is really hard to see Bitcoin falling below $40k.
