Battle Of The Crypto Coins - Week 2 - $75 Steem Dollars In Prizes - Deadline 19:00 UTC Sunday 10th September
Entries are now open for Week 2 of "Battle Of The Crypto Coins". This is a new Steemit competition where all you have to do is choose a Crypto coin, and the one with the greatest percentage gain over the week wins $50 Steem Dollars, whilst 2nd Place wins $25 Steem Dollars. It's that simple!
How to join the battle:
1: Reply to this post identifying your Crypto Coin of choice with a link to it's page on coinmarketcap, for example:

2: A brief explanation into why you have chosen it, for example:
Because it's the future of social media.
3: Reply to this post with your entry by 19.00 UTC this Sunday (10th September 2017)
4: To confirm your entry, please Resteem and Upvote this post.

How the winners are chosen:
The winners are decided by the coin with the greatest percentage increase over the week. Just after 19.00 on 10th September I will log the price of your coins entry, and throughout that week keep everyone up to date of how the battle is progressing.
The finishing prices will be logged at 19:00 UTC on Sunday 17th September to decide who is victorious that week.

I had a few people wanting to choose the same coins last week, so for Week 2 I'm going to test out letting more than 1 person choose the same coin, with a maximum of 3 per coin. If this effects the winning coin, the prizes will be shared between them evenly.

Reasoning: Fresh out of ICO phase moving from BTCD to KMD with a very large and active dev team, Komodo has a big announcement coming friday. It also held its value really well through the current price plummet from the China news, and it has a secci icon. (I mean why would i choose a coin with a bad looking icon to be my champion?)
