As far as investor’s point of view is concerned this project almost covers all the aspects that satisfy the investor or boosts his confidence because most projects come up with complicated concepts that are not much practical or commercial which result in no interest from investors as a result they fail at the initial phases. Homt is a full scale practical, commercial and real problem solver project that will cater hundreds of thousands of people in the coming years so the potential is huge and that Is exactly what investors lookout for, a real world solution that people want to use.
