Partner that he's also an investor, I think it's was a bit problematic if it was a "regular" company.
I came across an article before that featured Alchemy coin. It mentioned that they have raised $41Million!!!
Perhaps it's possible... as far as i know, the project is dealing with tokenizing securities.

But the last time i checked on the ICO watchlist, Alchemy coin has a total of 125,000,000 tokens.
But do ya'll know that Alchemy runs as a Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) which can prove to be a high-return investment (if you're a smart investor, i guess)?
