PART 2_ Investments in real estate on blockchain

I want to share with you some details of the project I currently work on.
I always dreamt of providing good return to investors all over the world with minimum extra costs that some times kill profit and enthusiasm.
Knowledgeable people know that costs will stay forever - we can never get rid of it. We always will have lawyers, marketing expenses, SEO, commissions, licenses and many other parties that take away investors’ money. I don’t want to say it is bad or good. It's a fact.
I believe blockchain technology will disrupt it and bring new understanding of security and verification of information and, of course, cost saving.
Well I am happy with even a small benefit that I can give to investors.
We are a real estate company in the US, and we are among the first in the industry to embrace the blockchain technology.
Currently we work on the project that allows you to invest in US real estate using the tools built on blockchain.
The core of the project is promissory note made on Ethereum.

In short that means that you can invest in one click in US real estate with as little as $300 in debt, using promissory note on blockchain and electronic signature.

Our real estate company offers opportunity to invest in debt in US real estate market with any amount starting from $500 (BTC) with up to 17% fixed annual interest rate. We offer debt investments in the form of promissory notes structured as follows:

Maximum amount - $20 000 or 20 BTC
Monthly or cumulative interest pay out

So the small investments are pooled into a bond or note type debt instrument? Sounds like a good way to provide funding without banks. And at the same time, providing velocity to the underlying coin used! I like it! Keep up the good work!
Exactly. We don't pool investments for now as it takes time and less comfortable for investors. And we don't structure it as a bond as it is pretty expensive and complicated. We just provide debt instruments.
In future we are going to pool investments and make notes tradable I guess.

Добрый день! Я стараюсь продвигать Русско говорящее сообщество на стиме (уже запустили пару проектов hiiden gems на русском с выплатой и кросс переводы).
Хотелось бы Вашей поддержки. Возможно ли Вас заинтересовать совместными проектами или просто попросить о помощи в развитии новых РУ авторов?
Какие именно проекты? Авторов в ру зоне конечно поддержим, если контент хороший.
На данный момент уже есть 2 проекта. 1 это проект hiddengems пользователей gavvet и dragonslayer, сотрудничая с ними теперь этот проект ведется на Русском языке мною, часть стим долларов которые собирает мой дайжест я отдаю авторам которых упоминаю.
Этот проект теперь ведется сразу на нескольких языках.
Второй проект это кросс переводы, не feauture! Это проект в котором я беру статьи на английском (популярных пользователей) и перевожу.
Оба примера проекта можете посмотреть у меня в блоге. Думаю Вам понравится. Идея обоих проектов, это развитие ру сообщества в целом. Идея сделать так чтобы авторы ру были заметны и задействовать как можно больше РУ сообщества. Пока увы не супер успешно (((

Благодарю Ян! Сможешь увидеть авторов в дайжестах о сокровищах (hidden gems), пока что выйти на ежедневную основу не получается, но появляется все больше и больше хорошего контента
i'm confused, so people are able to invest small amounts of money into real estate? How does a return work? How does this effect someone who actually wants to buy a house?
Sure, you can Google companies like RealtyShares or Fundrise, etc. All of them are platforms. We are not platform.
In our case return is based on our profit that comes from rent income.
So it is equity or debt based?
debt as it is the most cheapest way especially for non US residents
