I feel the need to specify this a bit.
The SHIFT team is totally awesome. They all work hard without caring for their personal profits too much.

While I believe in good intentions of Franco, his choice to work with Clayton is a two-sided sword. Good for expanse's value, they're only that high because of the FB group led by Clayton. That guy is only in it for the business though. I wouldn't bet on any commitment from him on the long-term. But it probably isn't necessary anyway, his possibilities for valuable contributions besides hot air to fuel the rocket are extremely limited.
