Cryptocurrency Idol Girls Band in Tokyo Japan
#Cryptocurrency has definitely Made its mark since Satoshi dropped the big bad #Bitcoin on the world in 2009.
since then there has been many different Implementations by different developers using the same technology, The #Blockchain technology.
Some succeeded while some failed to be recognized and a lot of people lost investments along the way with the failures.
In Japan, there is this pop group called Virtual Currency Girls.
The group was formed by an agency called Cinderella Acadamy. Each member was selected from an already popular idol group that was also formed and managed my the same agency.

The Japan Times Each member wears a mask resembling that which a wrestler would wear with bear ears.
There are eight members to the group and
They all represent a different coin that is popular in the Japanese market and sports the badge to their respected coin on the forehead section of their masks.
The eight coins are as follow:
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether, Neo, Mona, Cardano, Nem and Ripple.
The group performs songs preaching Cryptocurrency knowledge and is basically teaching their audience everything about these digital bad boys in the lyrics of their songs including the risks.
It is said that their concert tickets are sold for coins and they even choose to receive payments with coins instead of Japanese Yen.
Bitcoin is what they are currently being paid with but each one hopes to get paid in the coin they represent.
While being in the west and not speaking Japanese, it sure is good to know that the knowledge is being spread.
Since I myself is new and would love to learn all there is that would benefit me, I could only wish the same for another.
