Will the block-chain based Arcade City do better than Uber?

Here is a cool report.. It brings my two favorite topics together: Freedom and Crypto. Interesting how they deal with the laws that try to restrict their right to free commerce. Is this what is needed to keep things moving fast and in the right direction?
