Every once in a generation, a company leapfrogs the competition. Their privately owned brand names become synonymous with an entire product or industry.

My friends, I’m about launch an IPO for a new company that does exactly that. And although, I’m sure that you’ve heard of me, Erlich Bachman (https://www.linkedin.com/in/erlich-bachman-9752a796), please allow me to take a brief moment to re-live my past entrepreneurial glory and to introduce my fellow team members who will be escorting you into the future.

The name of my first company.

After founding, developing, and selling it, I used the proceeds of my success to create a Jobs/Woz-style incubator in Silicon Valley, where Pied Piper was born. One of my incubees named Peter asked me to be his Steve Jobs while he plays Woz.

Few of us can recall a time before “in-line skates” became Rollerblades, or “the electronic-drunkenmeter” forever became known as the Breathalyzer in honor of the name of the company that invented it. How would your shopping list look today, if the following companies had different brand names? Tupperware, Jello, Chapstick, or Kleenex?

Timeless company names such as “Aviato” can obviously never be surpassed due to their superior architectural elegance. However, savvy Wall Street investors are looking for a little more than just a hip name like Q-Tip.

In crypto we seem to have a similar phenomenon. The terms “bit” and “coin” are everywhere you look today. This-coin, that-coin, bit-this, and bit-that. Everyone in the industry knows that these terms are derived from the original “Bitcoin Blockchain” and when you hear them, you can be assured that there is a blockchain involved.

And, by now, we have all realized that “The” DAO is neither “the” first, nor “the” only Digital Autonomous Organization in existence today, yet it is synonymous with “the” automatic-blockchain-based-governance concept itself.

So without further ado, please allow me to present to you:

“The” IPO

“The” IPO, is destined to change the way that people view the entire concept of an IPO/ICO, hence its ultimate brand. Just like “The” DAO, “The” IPO It is neither the first, nor only IPO in existence. But what this company does have, is an amalgam of the most popular features of today’s top cryptocurrencies, as well as some unique characteristics of which I will touch on in a minute. “The” IPO seeks to learn from all prior crypto experiments that came before it by utilizing only “the” most successful aspects of the state of the art which we are in today in order to teleport us to tomorrow.

Imagine, if you will, a crypto coin that does it all:

Is DAPP ready like Ethereum/Lisk but without blockchain bloat
Is fast and scalable, syncing instantly like BitShares
Integrated DEX/fiat gateway where you can exchange all your favorite coins and 30 brands of fiat like Waves/Supernet
Anonymous like Monero
Messaging, group chat, email, and cloud storage – all encrypted
Complementary hardware like IOTA (“The Superbox”)
Utilizes federated servers like Rootstock to guarantee more decentralization than BTC/ETH/ETC
Is a fair-launch POW equity distribution like bitcoin.

“Waaaaat?”

“How can a fairly launched POW coin be distributed via IPO?”

The answer, my friends, is already history.

The modern day IPO is publicly traded before the crowdfund even finishes. Look no further than ETHER, IOTA, Agoras, Lisk, Peerplays, etc. Most of these IPO’s were trading as IOU’s on an exchange like YoBit, NXT, or BitShares soon after they began selling equity. The model of instant liquidity for the modern IPO has already become the industry standard. Remember what I said before, “The” IPO is at least state of the art in all aspects.

Equity will be sold on a sliding or tiered approach which is basically a first come, first served funding model. “Early bird bonuses” are just another example of this common funding concept where the price of equity increases over time.

Now I know what you’re saying:

“How are we going to integrate and market such a diverse and all-encompassing feature set to the masses?”

The answer, my friends is easy as pie. Apple wrote the book long ago, called “Synergy”

Apple hardware + Apple Software + Apple OS = mass adoption

The success of the iMac and iPhone proves that the average consumer will purchase a simple synergistic combination of hardware, software, and Operating System if it is sleek, sexy, and easy to use and performs at least one niche for the customer. Rarely do you use more than one item in your Swiss army knife at a time, however, we all own one. We all can agree than Apple killed it when it comes to selling computer applications to the masses thanks to their synergistic, simple, and sexy products.

But what if the modern man wants to get some crypto? Or have a private phone conversation, or group chat? Or store some files in an encrypted cloud far from the eye of Sauron? Does Apple have any apps that offer blockchain level privacy?

No, you must learn, download, and install files for each of those applications.... Well that was until:

Now, many of you may not like the name that I have given our company, but I assure you that I vetted “Wild Beast Block” as well as thousands of other prospective brand names to hundreds of focus groups of various demographics around the world, and the name “Wild Beast Block,” although not as timeless and endearing as “Aviato,” resonated from every granny to every tranny. In fact, my first order of business is to change our focus slightly, because, personally, I believe that we don’t dig deep enough into the “wild animal” theme here at Wild Beast Block. In fact, I am currently in talks with several strategic partnerships that will no doubt enhance our stickiness to the largest and most lucrative tech savvy audience on the planet.

Because, here, at Wild Beast Block, we are dedicated to harnessing the power of the single most click-irresistible internet meme in on the planet. And of course, I mean cat lovers, of which there are currently over 6 million of them (online now) .

Therefore, my first decree as CEO of Wild Beast Block, will be to officially announce that there will be a delay in the release of WBBOS so that we can have the following features soft-coded and installed prior to hard-launch:
