I think that some adjustment on the part of the state to the crypto currency market will not hurt. Maybe there will be less scammers.
Unfortunately the SEC getting involved, doesn't change the fact that scammers will scam! Just look at Bernie Madoff as an example of that.
What this will do however, is bring a little bit of legitimacy to the cryptocurrency space.
Yeah, it will force new ICO offerings to ACTUALLY do something with their coin.
