AltCoin Technology To Be Integrated Into Video Games! - Stratus
Stratus Blockchain Technology to improve Video Games and the World.
There has been a buzz in the air about Stratus recently. If you are not aware Stratis is not a coin its self. It is actually an end-to-end blockchain development platform competing directly with Ethereum. But what I wanted to mention in this short post is what triggered a state of amused amazement in me this week. I found out the technology behind AltCoins was going to be used to help improve video games! AltCoins are changing the world In more ways than we could have imagined.
Video game programmers are very Interested in block-chain development.
The technology behind the block-chain may be able to help stop gamers from ever having to worry about losing any in-game upgrades to their character for example. A sword that your character is holding is actually just a number in a database. Nothing upsets gamers more than losing items they work so hard for. Stratus technology can help keep track of these items and prevent duplication as well as preventing people exploiting the system. Plus it can be done a cheap price.
Stratus is actually already going to be integrated into Unity.
Unity is widely used to develop games and apps. BitCoin technology is based on the language C++. And that language is highly efficient but also it's a little bit more complicated to with. With Stratus they actually are using a similar solution. But using the language C#. C# is more of a modern language that is more widely used and is actually much easier to learn. Unity is very easy to learn. In a little over a week, you should be good to start programming video games.
What do you guys think? Are Altcoins Changing the World?
follow me and vote up my post i am voting you and following you thanks ,welcome to steemit i am supporting you nice post best wishes for you
you mean a game could save all the used in-game items to the stratis blockchain and "link" them to the gamer? if he's selling the item there will be a stratis entry tho who it went?
