An ETH ETF would be big, big news for the space!
From the SEC filing,
"EtherIndex LLC is the sponsor of the Trust (the “Sponsor”), Delaware Trust Company is the trustee of the Trust (the “Trustee”), The Bank of New York Mellon is the administrator (the “Administrator”), trust agency service provider (the “Trust Agency Service Provider”), and custodian of cash of the Trust (the “Cash Custodian”). Coinbase is the custodian of the ether of the Trust (the “Ether Custodian”)."
Love that Coinbase is getting involved in supporting the ETF, and also hoping that big bank support (BNY Melon) provides a higher likelihood that this will pass the SEC test. If this is pulled off, not only will be see a flood of institutional money, but also increased exposure to retail investors as well.
Blockchain is the bank of people. Of course the criminalsnof the world (BANKS) wount like it. Who cares??? Is our opportunity to take em out. Stay strong as a community and hodl.
