I am in a very similar situation. No replies in the ticket and my ethereum transactions (2 transactions actually) are in Awaiting for Approval status. Does someone have an experience with that? How many weeks typically one needs to wait before that? The amazing thing is that I wanted to buy some other crypto with ethereum and now this is obsolete as this crypto increased so much in value that it doesn't make sense for me to buy it with ethereum. Which means that I lost money because of this exchange. If they release my money I will never be going back to poloniex.
