VISA DOESN'T BAN ALL CRYPTOCURRENCY BACKED CARDS! FAKE CRYPTO NEWS

Visa in fact didn't "Ban Cryptocurrency-Backed Cards", they banned that specific card company for their failure to comply with Visa's terms. Big difference and it's one I'm sure wasn't lost on whomever wrote the headline.
