Definitely great news for NEO. This is something that's been in the works for a while and it's great to see it finally come to fruition. Opening up the development of NEO ecosystem to the community, CoZ and others, is one the biggest strengths of the NEO project in my mind.

Still, now that we have Utopian.io here on Steem, I think the level of community input that we will start to see on developing and improving this ecosystem will be hard to match by any other cryptocurrency. Using Steem's "Proof of Brain" to give a direct financial incentive for development contributions on this platform is going to attract a lot of talent here.

All those contributors working together in a decentralised hive mind will build Steem into a titan!
