On May 3, 2024, a hacker stole 1155 WBTC from a user and exchanged them for Ethereum.

The Cryptex cryptocurrency exchange and Match Systems (cybersecurity in the field of blockchain) took part in negotiations on the refund of funds and strengthened the victim's side.

As a result of negotiations and coordinated actions on the part of the services, the hacker and the victim managed to come to an agreement ― all ETH coins were transferred to the victim.
