Things That Cause Crying

Psychologically, crying is caused by an overflow of emotions or the outburst of human feelings. Someone can cry because sad, disappointed, happy, even when laughing someone can cry and tears out. However, biologically, humans cry because of the hormone estrogen in the human body. The hormone estrogen can trigger the emergence of emotional reactions such as sadness, disappointment, and happy and then tears.

The estrogen hormone that a woman possesses can be 20 times more than the male hormone estrogen. This is what causes women more often and more crying than men. In addition, men also have the hormone testosterone, whereas this hormone also be one factor why men rarely cry. The hormone estrogen in a woman will be able to increase rapidly, ie at puberty. It is at this point that women will more easily vent their feelings and emotions, and can also be offset by crying.

Not only mood and also the influence of hormones, crying can also occur due to fatigue. When a day tired of work and then there is something uncomfortable in the heart, someone will be easily offended and become sad, who can finally cry. Even because trivial things can also cause a person to cry. Similar to fatigue, a depressed person will also cry easily. The emergence of mood disorders and accompanied by decreased appetite to be a sign that someone is depressed. A person who is depressed will have a dull emotion, so it will make someone cry easily.

Crying can also occur due to external interference. Eye flickers for example, if the dirt does not come out of the eye, the person will spontaneously cry and tear. The dirt inside the eye will also come out by itself with the help of the flowing tears.IMG_20180630_150354.JPG

  3. Venting Emotions
When you are crying you are letting your emotions "flow" out. This can be very helpful when you are feeling upset, sad, stress, and even frustrated.

  4. Make You Feel Better
After you cry, your feelings will usually get better. So, crying is not a bad thing.
