Several possibilities for the last week in August/first days of September: end of fiscal year (Texas FY2018), end of month (payday), last big burst of energy before taking off on a long weekend holiday to hunt, watch football, shop for a cookout, have friends and family over...!
Well, not me, of course...I’m retired. :)
