The birth of bitcoin was absolutely a good thing to come out of the last financial crisis. I think the next one (and it will come) will make everyone look at the current set up and possibilities of the decentralised currencies in a whole new light. It might the one ray of sunshine to come out of it.....
its the only reason to thank them that caused it in the first place
