Morningstar Japan inicia classificações de negociação para criptomoedas e ICOs
A subsidiária japonesa da Morningstar anunciou um novo negócio para fornecer classificações de moedas digitais e ofertas iniciais de moedas (ICOs). Embora não haja lei no Japão especificamente dirigida a ICOs, seus tokens podem estar sujeitos a várias leis, tais como leis de valores mobiliários e leis de contratos de consumo.
