That fear for the police is not only in your country, in ours it is also. Many of them have become corrupt and use their authority to commit crimes without anyone being able to do anything. It is the worst thing that can happen to a citizen, since the police should be to protect and care for people and not the other way around.
Agreed @marynet. It's so crazy how we are being ruled by tyrants with no recourse for holding them accountable. In many places the courts are as corrupt and the politicians are in bed with them too, so there is no one to help. That is why it is most important that we share what is happening and find empowerment to stand up to the corruption. Those of us who know there is a another way are the ones with the responsibility to make it better. I appreciate your comment!
