BCCI VS NADA

BCCI not able to permit nada to conduct doping test on cricket players.
The reason is that BCCI, not a national sports Federation, therefore, nada had no power on BCCI.
BCCI chief executive officer Rahul Johri .asserting that its present anti-doping system was robust and healthy.
It has become a drawback to nada, Because nada got a warning from Wada.The nada could be disaffiliated if Indian Cricket players weren't brought under its program.
‎ in the month of October, Indian sports ministry asked BCCI to go along with nada.

Johri asserted that the BCCI as of now has a solid and sound dop testing framework NDTL .National dope testing research center which was ensured by wada and working under games Ministry of India. And furthermore said that BCCI is the main games body has made 24 * 7 against doping helpline.Johri claimed that the BCCI already has a strong and healthy dop testing system NDTL .National dope testing laboratory which was certified by wada and working under sports Ministry of India. And also said that BCCI is the only sports body has created 24 * 7 anti-doping helpline

As per Indians Sports ministerrajyavardhan Singh Rathod.

In the event that NADA misfortunes its affliation from world anti doping agency it would influence Indian Sports battle against doping.

It was clear that why BCCI not ready to allow n a d a to test their players .
Because it is giving importance to their high profile players.
BCCI climed that they spend more then 1cr on anti-doping.
And cricket not comes in the Olympic category. so BCCI need not to follow the guidance of n a d a . Coming soon on December 11 BCCi will discuss this issue and take desicion.
