Would Hassan Ali be able to play PSL-3 or not?

The promising Young fast bowler from Pakistan has showed a lot of promise with his performance in the international circuit.
Last week when the team was on tour to New Zealand the fast bowler got injured while playing football in the post match practice session due to which ultimately he got ruled out of the last two 20-over matches.Although the team won the last two matches and ultimately gained the no.#1 spot in the ICC t-20i rankings but according to the reports from PCB Hassan Ali seems to get recovered in almost a week or so and the annual Pakistani Cricket League PSL would be starting in the last of February.
So most probably Hassan Ali will play all the matches of PSL-3.
