Yes! You may edit your posts after you post them initially. To add your photos, first upload to a steem-based third party photo sharing site (I prefer steemimg.com) Once you upload them you may copy the embedded link and paste into the photo attachment button. I know that it may sound confusing but I am sure that you will get the hang of it in no time! :)
