Depression

Hi everyone .Came across this calligraphy of my daughter . And I am reminded that Depression also known as major depressive disorder is around us . I also experienced this mood disorder some years back .I became very sad and lonely, I dont like to talk to anyone , I want to be alone most of the time , Im grateful and thankful that my faith in the Lord helped me got through those times . We should also be sensitive with people who are experiencing depression .Sometimes , it does happen to our loved ones , to our siblings or kids . We should always show our care, concern and love so that they will overcome this disorder .Be understandable if they have mood swings , we should always talked to them , let them know that we love them and uplift their spirits .
