How I Spent My Day | 02/02/2025
It's another day of the week and it happened to be a Sunday where I needed to attend Mass. As a Catholic this very Sunday marks the end of the season of Christmas which means we will move to ordinarily time and then move to lenting season as well.
So since the mass here is always as it should be in the original Catholic sense, I promised myself to always attend Mass every Sunday as far as I stay here in the UK. Unlike in Nigeria where we have many activities going on in the church, here there is nothing of such hence the the Sunday Mass is the only means where we gather to worship God.
So I went to Mass as proposed and after the Mass, we saw the church assistant who is also a Catholic and an Igbo man and the Rev Father having seen the population of young people coming to serve God he picked interest in us and wanted to know more about our coming to Bolton.
After lots of discussion he was happy and promised that if we need any assistance we should do well to communicate with him. So we left and came back home and since I was so fermished, I decided to prepare something tangible and eat and after eating, I went ahead to study. I didn't go out of my room because the weather was too cold about 1° Celcius.
So what I did was study, chat and also watched movies, the plan is to keep my brain fresh and not too stressed so that I can be able to reason even more better. So that was the activities I went through as at this very day and time. As of today we start again, I don't have lecture today so I will be at home doing a lot of research and studies.
