Bread cake with less calories .... Cooking with creativity ....
Hello my dear friends!!!
I was thinking a bit about sweets. And the truth is, I do not know anyone, who does not like to eat a delicious sweet. But many times we stop eating them because of the high carbohydrate content they have and, above all, women are very concerned about this small aspect.
So I've looked for ways to make sweets with less carbohydrate content, so we can enjoy the desserts we love, but without getting fat. because cooking is a beautiful art, which allows us to let our creativity fly with the purpose of obtaining a delicious meal.
Here I show you my PAN cake recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
14-20 Whole wheat bread (hardened)
1 Liter of skim milk
4 Eggs
1 spoon of vanilla.
½ Teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
½ Cup of light margarine
2 Tablespoons of sunflower oil
½ Cup of Brown Sugar
1 cup of sweetener without calories.
1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a medium bowl, soak the bread with the milk until the bread is soft.
- In another bowl mix the butter well with ¼ cup of brown sugar, the sweetener and add the vanilla, cinnamon and salt. When the mixture is well integrated, place the eggs one by one and beat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the preparation of the breads into this mixture. And add raisins and sunflower oil. Mix well.
- With the remaining sugar in a small pot add about 14 ml of water and make a caramel, when the caramel begins to take a yellowish color remove from the heat and pour it into the cake pan where the cake is cooked, spread the caramel as best as possible giving it movements circular to the tortera.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, cover the top of the pan with aluminum foil and take to the oven for approximately 35-55 minutes.
- Unmold the cake still hot and let cool. Take it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes and it is ready to serve.
