THE INTERNATIONAL T-9 CRAWLER TRACTOR!!!

I really didn't think much about this International crawler tractor until I looked it up.

This old International being eaten by the forest up on the trails that I hike, is very much an antique. What I found out was that International only built the T-9 between 1940 and 1956. They had the gasoline model the T-9 and the diesel model the TD-9.

I do so wish that I could have gotten better photo's of this tractor. It is what it is.......and given that at a minimum, it is 62 years old and at a max. 78 years old, this old guy deserves some press!
Here are some specs on this tractor: 335 CI 4 cylinder governed at 1,400 RPM running a 5 speed manual transmission.
The total production of both the T-9 and the TD-9 was 59,800, and I am sure most are gone.
I keep hoping my neighbor pulls this one out of the woods and gets it running :)
