I hope parents find this horrifying and vow to make sure proper lawful procedures are followed. While this wouldn't prevent all of the kidnappings, it would limit the kiddy snatchers to CPS, and further reduce their take, as much of it is done without lawful authority.

Then we can go after any group, such as CPS, that claims to have higher authority to tend to our kids than we do.

They don't.
