CPS Scotland/Ireland Conspire to Steal Children from Loving Parents

Brian and Janice Docherty, a young married couple with four children, were living in Scotland when a neighbor approached them with an offer of £25,000 to have "access" to their autistic ten-year-old son. Upon reporting this to the police, they themselves became the target of threats, attacks, and ultimately the taking away of their four children by police in the Republic of Ireland based solely on fabricated evidence and perjured testimony of Scottish officials. A judge in Ireland later returned the children to them but it wasn't long before it happened again -- armed police and social workers came and took their children to be placed in foster care. Again, based on nothing more than the false evidence that was used in the first instance.

Since Police Scotland, the first minister of Scotland, and other senior officials seem to be capable only of stonewalling when inquiries are made about the case, concerned individual citizens have set in motion an open source investigation. Summing up his blog post David Scott asks “When will the Docherty Family be reunited?” and the most troubling question “Who has the power to marshal the resources of three states to harass a single family for telling the truth?”
