Baby Stolen by CPS from Mother for Cannabis Use, Found Dead in Foster Home with Child Porn

Children across America who are in loving homes are being kidnapped by the false authority of the state and the powers vested in CPS, the Child Procurement Syndicate. What makes things worse, is that they often end up in unloving foster care, and even suffering actual child abuse thanks to the corrupt practices of the CPS. Some even end up dead, like a recent case from Texas.

A five month old baby girl was found dead at a foster home in Forney, Texas. The man who was in the home where she was "taken care" of, 19-year-old Christian S. Richmond, was booked and charged with possession of child pornography.

Five-month-old Elizabeth Henson of McKinney was found dead at the foster home on December 29, 2018. CPS has kidnapped her from her mother at the age of 5 days old. A 9-11 call was made early on that Saturday, where 4 other foster children at the same foster home.

The babies mother, Brittany Gastineau, is seeking answers to her daughters death, but no answers are being provided by CPS. This is typical, as they seem to enjoy keeping real loving parents in the dark about what's going on with their children that have been unlawfully kidnapped by the broken legal system.

Brittany also has an older son who was also kidnapped by CPS since July of 2018. What abuse did she do to her children to deserve losing them by the thieving hands of CPS "authority"? What kind of monster is she? What is her crime?

Marijuana. Cannabis. The only reason CPS steal her two children and placed them in at-risk care, when they were safer at home in the love of the real mother, was because that mother dares to consume cannabis. When Brittany gave birth to Elizabeth, she tested positive for cannabis use. Immediately, her son was placed in a group home while waiting Elizabeth's discharge from the hospital to both get to e foster home.

Brittany lost her two children, all because she used cannabis. Since the taking of her children, CPS never allowed her to even meet the foster parents responsible for the care of her children. Parents in cases like this, have only the word of a corrupt organization like CPS to trust in the integrity of a foster home to adequately take care of their children.

Brittany complained to Denton County CPS officials repeatedly about the livign conditions in the foster home, but nothing was done. They don't care.

“Since the very first day that my kids were there, there has been problems,I have complained every single week since they took my kids.

My daughter slept in a car seat. She didn’t have a bed. My son got picked on by 17 and 18-year old. It was not a safe environment for my kids.

My son has not been comfortable the whole time he has been there and has told me so. My daughter couldn’t tell me that.

That sounds like a trash home run by scum who don't care about children. Yet, the CPS finds this an adequate home? The child would have been in much better care with her own mother. But CPS doesn't actually care about the children. It's just a job, with procedures and orders to follow in the flawed "legal" system. It's a business of kids-for-cash from the social workers, to the "care" homes, and the legal system.

CPS and the court appointed attorney dismissed Brittany's complaints. They insisted the children were "safe". Of course. "Safe", according tot he words of people who steal your children and don't actually care about their well-being like a real parent does. They are mostly just order-followers who do their job,not truly caring for children as they claim to, and unfortunately some even have evil-intent to harm.

Officials who entered the home after the 9-11 call, said the entrance was clean, but the rest of the home was filthy. The 4 other foster children have been removed from the the home, for now.

Brittany last saw her baby girl alive the day before she died on December 28. She gave her children Christmas presents. Since Elizabeth's death, Brittany has not been allowed to see her, or know where her daughter's body is. Yet, CPS is asking her to make funeral arrangements.

This is the twisted world of CPS that brings so much suffering and trauma to parents and children alike.
