Intro post Country specific curation: Nigeria

If you are reading this post you may have followed a link from my comment or wallet memo. I am @shortsegments and I created a investment vehicle on Steemit called Steem-Staking. The primary goals of this project is to provide an investment vehicle on Steemit for internal and external investors on Steemit platform and Steem blockchain. So I have created Steem-staking purely as an investment vehicle performing curation directed at maximizing return in investment.
But after discussion with @steemcurator01 I realize that this type of investment vehicle could also be used to curate and reward content on Steemit in a continent specific or country specific fashion. So I am launching Steem-Staking country specific curation. My plan is to follow the lead of the country representatives and reward posts you designate in your country. While the Steem-staking country specific accounts will have some Steem Power to begin, so their votes have some value, it will be up to the specific countries to delegate to their country specific accounts to make the votes bigger and provide country specific reward vehicles to encourage good content producers in each country.
In addition the accounts will generate curation rewards, which will be distributed completely to the delegators from each country, in direct proportion to their contribution. For example if they contribute 10% of the total SP of the account, they will get 10% of the curation rewards weekly.
Brief explanation of the investment:
Right now investment in decentralized finance is popular. This investment allows the investor to invest in what is potentially an appreciating asset (cryptocurrency) which pays a dividend (interest payments). Decentralized finance has the potential to provide this opportunity. I have created this opportunity here As Steemit provides both potential appreciation and dividends. We have three tokens, two smart contracts, baseline interest payments on powered up Steem and further income or dividends can be earned through delegation and curation. I have created posts that explain these Steemit specific terms in more widely known and understood decentralized finance, cryptocurrency and banking/finance terms.
Explanation of Country Specific Opportunity
I am approaching you to request your support for an investment opportunity I want to make available to your specific country, and have you promote in your role as country specific curator. I will create country specific Steem-Staking opportunities. It is important that you refer people from you country to invest in this entity. The entity would provide them a vehicle for capitol appreciation through the appreciation of Steem, and dividends through their share of curation rewards. It also creates an additional account to manually curate posts from your country, which use your country specific tag. I will curate and distribute 100% of curation rewards to the accounts who invest in the country specific curation account through delegation.
Goals;
Create investment opportunity for members of your communities, which also allows them to reward content creators in their country. This project thus provides a win for investors and a win for your country specific efforts to reward content creators, retention of recruits and is an additional recruiting tool, as it provides rewards to your recruits. I think it will increase retention, along.
Additionally, it creates increased investment in Steemit platform and Steem blockchain, through purchases and longterm holding of Steem. This creates buyers and buying pressure, which should help increase the price. This increases market cap on Coin market and increases our ranking, which helps increase value for everyone, even those who power down steel to live on will benefit.
What I am asking of you?

- Promote the post announcing this program as an investment for your country, so it grows and the votes value grows.
What I will do
- Place a maximum of Ten 100% voting power votes per country per day, depending on whether you as country representative flag ten posts for rewards with mu steemit name @shortsegments and the phrase “reward post”.
- I will provide liquid steem to each account once a month, so delegators can be paid steem, because curation rewards are steempower and take 4 weeks to power down. I will then be delegated the equivalent amount of steempower from the account. I am a longterm investor, so steempower is okay for me, but delegators should receive liquid steem to either power up or spend.
