*A brand new utility token

*Interoperability between the CMOS chain and ETH network

*A smart contract powered gambling platform (Dice & raffle smart contracts)
The creation of a dynamic, solidity based gambling platform is one of the key milestones that we
are on course to realize by the end of the Q4 2018 period.
Through utilizing the ETH network, we plan to create a platform that is lightning fast, feeless and
capable of instantaneous transfers.
At the core of our vision, is to ensure the inner workings of the platform remains decentralized.
This will be achieved by using CMOS and NBL directly as in-game currency, instead of proxy
assets that are converted to real tokens/coins during withdrawals. In many cases, gambling
operators that accept cryptocurrency end up storing the funds in a single master wallet. Not only
is this a prodigious security hazard, but also unreliable during the internal proxy token conversion
phase.
We will begin by adding several variations of the traditional dice game. The main mechanism
behind achieving fairness will be utilizing an encrypted random number generator.

*An autonomous decentralized swapping exchange
The most important feature that will be implemented is a decentralized
exchange that trades the CMOS-NBL pair. This is crucial, as it enables users to operate back
and forth between the PIVX chain & ETH network. By adding this feature, it essentially allows for
quasi-interoperability across multiple chains. An example of this working in practice, is if
someone staking CMOS wants to use their extra coins for the space dAPP, they can easily do so
by using our DEX to trade seamlessly from CMOS to NBL, without incurring any additional fees
in the process.
The exchange itself is decentralized in nature because the funds are traded directly using the
private key of the individual looking to swap the coins.

*A next generation gaming Dapp
In the late months of 2017, the Ethereum chain fell victim to network congestion because of
overload from prominent dAPPs like CryptoKitties. With COSMO/NEBULI, we will aspire to
building a next generation gaming dAPP that offers value as a source for scarce, non-fungible
tokens and utility in the form of an enjoyable gaming experience.

*Offchain Ultra Governance
Many governance systems are complex and usually involve a minimum amount of knowledge in
Linux to create & vote on a proposal. Additionally, there is a lack of accessibility, as the systems
used tend to exclude users not running a masternode.
The planned governance system for Cosmo is simple and allows all holders an opportunity to
vote on the future of the coin. Instead of implementing a conventional on-chain system, the whole
process will take place off-chain.
