用雪梨银耳川贝等熬成的糖水,味甜。雪耳即银耳,口感浓甜润滑,美味可口。

性平、味甘淡,有滋阴、润肺、养胃、生津、益气、补脑、强心之 功效。

食材:
银耳
冰糖
莲子
枸杞 10粒
红枣 5颗
元肉 5颗

Ingredients:
Tremella
Crystal sugar
Lotus seed
Chinese wolfberry
Red dates

雪耳冷水泡发,撕开成小块,再多冲洗。

先把雪耳,莲子一起下锅,中大火煮沸半小时,雪耳起胶要煮久一点,再下红枣,冰糖,差不多熟了再下杞子,因为杞子煮久了会发酸。
