Difference Between Special Meeting and Regular Meeting under the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines

A. For stockholders meetings - regular meetings are those held annually as provided in the bylaws; WHEREAS, special meetings are those held at any time deemed necessary or as provided in the bylaws.

B. For the Boards of Directors - regular meetings are those held monthly unless the bylaws provide otherwise; WHEREAS, special meetings are those held anytime upon the call of the president or as provided in the bylaws.
