The Corona text message from the Israeli Government you don't want to get

This is how Israel is alerting people when their cellphone location history indicates they may have come into contact with the Corona Chinese virus.

This is a little scary.

In order to streamline the epidemiological investigation processes, shorten the procedure and reach as accurately as possible to the corona patient's contacts, we begin the use of technological means.

A short time ago, messages were sent to about 400 people, who were identified as contacting patients.

The notice was given to them, the date they were staying near the patient and they were obliged to enter a home isolation immediately.

Accordingly, Corona patients were notified that information related to completing the epidemiological investigation was used to locate contacts.

Here is the message text sent:

1. Notice to Corona patient
   [First name] Hello,
   Depending on the test results, according to which Corona has been ill, an epidemiological investigation is underway to locate people who have been exposed to you.
   Technological measures are used to complete the investigation, according to emergency regulations.
   The information will only be used by the Ministry of Health for this purpose and will be deleted as needed.

2. Notification to those identified as a patient's contact:

   According to an epidemiological investigation, you were on [== / == / ==] next to a Corona patient.
   You must immediately go into isolation until [== / == / ==] to protect your relatives and the public.
   If you have fever, cough etc. please call MDA - 101.

במטרה לייעל את תהליכי החקירה האפידימיולוגית, לקצר את ההליך ולהגיע באופן מדוייק ככל הניתן למגעים של חולי קורונה, אנו מתחילים את השימוש באמצעים טכנולוגיים.

לפני זמן קצר נשלחו הודעות לכ-400 אנשים, אשר אותרו כמגעים של חולים.

בהודעה נמסר להם, התאריך בו שהו בקרבת החולה וכן שחובה עליהם להיכנס לבידוד בית באופן מיידי.

בהתאם נמסרה הודעה לחולי הקורונה כי נעשה שימוש במידע המתייחס להשלמת החקירה האפידימיולוגית, לצורך איתור מגעים.

להלן נוסח ההודעות שנשלחו:

1. הודעה לחולה בקורונה
   [שם פרטי] שלום,
   בהתאם לתוצאות הבדיקה, לפיה חלית בקורונה, מבוצעת חקירה אפידמיולוגית כדי לאתר אנשים שנחשפו אליך.
   לצורך השלמת החקירה משתמשים באמצעים טכנולוגיים, לפי תקנות שעת חירום.
   המידע ישמש את משרד הבריאות רק למטרה זו וימחק בתום הצורך.
   מידע בקישור:go.gov.il/corona
   לאימות ניתן לחייג 5400*

   שירותי בריאות הציבור

2. הודעה למי שאותר כמגע של חולה:
   [שם פרטי] שלום
   לפי חקירה אפידמיולוגית היית בתאריך [==/==/==] ליד חולה קורונה.
   עליך להיכנס מייד לבידוד עד [==/==/==] להגנה על קרובייך והציבור.
   אם יש לך חום, שיעול וכו' נא להתקשר למד"א - 101.
