Hi! Thanks to all for greetings and comments! I am really impressed!
It`s me, but in some different way) Well, this is my character for Halloween. Try to guess in comments who am I)))
Seriously, I would like to know more about copyright protection for character. In fact, there is no definition "character" or " stage image" in ukrainian law on copyright and related rights. But in Ukrainian case law already there are examples of successful protection of character as an independent part of musical, stage or audiovisual works. And by the way - "image" and "character' are two different things or not? Share your experience ))
