Another truly fantastic entry. I have just been making my rounds and this week everyone has really shown out! All I can say is wow!
I am sorry to hear of the events in Melbourne. Sadly here in the US it is becoming way to normal to hear of such things. I am taking even more interest in politics than usual because I feel we are all needed to try to figure out how to make a change.
Thank you @plantstoplanks. It was a good week cooking but a bad one being in Melbourne. The rainbow chard was a surprising addition to this recipe as I didn’t expect it to be that tasty and refreshing.
