It has absolutely been my pleasure! You all have cultivated such a welcoming and inspirational cooking community here. It is so great to see cooks from all over the world using a whole host of ingredients and techniques. I have learned a whole lot, as well, so I'm just happy to return the favor a little bit! I know a lot of times my friends or family are at a loss when it comes to cooking for me, so I'm sure the vegans in your life appreciate the time and effort you put in to putting food on the table for them!
